These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the l1444 platform and all its services. By creating an account or using any service on the platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1 General Provisions and Definitions

The meanings of some key terms used in these Terms are described below:

• "Platform" refers to l1444's website, applications, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on the l1444 platform, you must be at least 21 years old. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately closed and funds may be confiscated.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all associated accounts may be closed and funds forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. If false or misleading information is provided, l1444 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

l1444 may request identity verification documents (national ID, passport, or other government-approved documents) at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods

Funds can currently be deposited on the l1444 platform using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) apply for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successfully verified requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.

4.3 Ownership of Funds

Funds deposited into an account must belong solely to the registered user. Transactions or account management on behalf of a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Transaction Rejection

l1444 reserves the right to suspend or reject any transaction if evidence of manipulation, fraud, or suspicious activity is found.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at l1444 will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagers before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus only once.
• After a bonus is credited to the account, the conditions must be met within the specified time limit.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts or the use of a VPN will result in cancellation of all bonuses.
• l1444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l1444 platform:

• Fraud, hacking, or any other form of technical misuse.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Sharing or selling an account with a third party.
• Deliberately exploiting any system error or bug to gain an advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.

If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found, the account may be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

7 VIP Program

l1444's VIP program has five tiers — each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on activity and participation on the platform. l1444 reserves the right to change the terms or benefits of the VIP program at any time.

8 Responsible Gaming
